All was well in Caldera, it's citizens walking along their daily activities, shopping, and going to work. Hlaluu Guards, clad in their bone mold armor patrolled through the streets in file, imperial guards clad in steel watching from a distance. This was that time of year that slaves were occasionally replaced in The Caldera Mines, the huge ebony deposit a little ways north of the town. Behind the Hlaluu Guards was a large steel cage on wheels, carrying it's cargo... Slaves... Mostly argonian with a few khajiit here and there, they sat, some completely naked, crowded in their mobile prison. Their eyes were dull, they just sat there, with an enchanted iron bracer on every one of their wrists. For many, they were going to live and die in the mines for the rest of their lives, mining the valuable ebony for Morrowind's "continues benefit." There was no hope for them... Or was there? Because in the darkness from a watch tower, almost invisible in the shadows... Were two glowing green eyes, alight with fury and rage... Then they dissapeared.

Tsi'kar stood silently in the shadows his red-orange eyes following the Cage of slaves as they moved through the town. His heart filled with sadness as he noticed an argonian child clutching the hand of who appeared to be his mother, Memories of his childhood flooded his mind and a deep sigh escaped his lips. Tsi'kar was determined to free them all. The Lamps had received word about the new arrivals a few days ago and sent him to rescue them. When the group had passed Tsi'kar emerged from the shadows and looked around the town. Slight movement caught his eye from a nearby watchtower, but when he looked there was nothing. Shaking the thought from his mind, he turned back towards the end of the caravan and slowly followed it staying a safe distance away.

A black shape stalked the alleyways behind the streets where the slaves were being carted. When it came up near the side of a building, the figure scaled the side of the stone wall quickly and silently. Near the top of the roof, green, catlike eyes stared intently at the cart... Almost like a jaguar stalking his prey.
Galdres, clad in his suit of bonemold armor, followed the cart slowly, a hallow tinkling sound. His enclosed, Hlaluu style bonemold helm glanced at the cart of slaves and his fellow guards. The sooner they did this, the better. He had just recently married, and the dunmer was eager to get back home. They just left the city, and were on the ashy road to the Caldera Mines... The Hlaluu guard paused as he shouldered his partner next to him, and casually pointed to the figure behind them on the horizon. "Is it following us?" Galdres asked calmly. The other Hlaluu Guard shook his head. "Don't know... Many people use this route for the back way out of Caldera." Galdres nodded slowly. He had nothing to worry about yet.

Tsi'kar's eyes narrowed as the gaurds looked back at him and when they turned front again, he slipped into a side alleyway. Suddenly there was a flash of green light and then Tsi'kar was not there well almost, you could barely see a shimmer as the wall behind him was somewhat distorted and a small outline of the argonian was visible. The chameleon spell had worked almost perfectly. Tsi'kar slipped from the alleyway and continued following the caravan, but this time more in the shadows of the buildings, he would need to follow them all the way to the mines, so he could free the other slaves too. His mission could not be compromised so early. The argonian could not shake the feeling that there was someone else around and when he passed one of the alleyways, a dark shadow swiftly disappeared.
OOC: Aren't you glad someone finally could reply to this?

Prowling silently, quieter than the wind as it whistled over the shingled and straw roofs, Rasheer on all fours leaped from building to building, his target never leaving the enraged slits inside the lime green eyes. Soon Rasheer was out of usable buildings to follow them. As he jumped over the stone wall surrounding the imperial/hlaluu based city, Rasheer rolled onto the ground on all fours again.
For a moment, the khajiit assassin was silent, and seemed to be contemplating something as he watched the figures dissapear in the mist, the enormous mountain sides in front of him, like two black giants in a staredown. There was only one way forward, and that was the mountain pass the hlaluu guards and their "cargo" went through, on the way to the ebony mines. Unless of course Rasheer wanted to attempt to scale the mountain and fight off cliffracers, which he very much didn't. After slowly getting upright on his back legs, the khajiits ears perked and his tail lashed back and forth.
He had an incredibly good sense of hearing and smell. In fact, Rasheer was planning to use it in the mist, slipping behind the group and tailing them, which was risky as those dunmer had good eyes. But the reason his black ears were perked now was because he heard the tapping of claws on stone... And a strange, earthy plant smell... The khajiit eased around as he saw... Well... He didn't see anything actually... Wait a minute... A shimmer... Rasheer's green eyes darkened as he quickly twisted the bronze bracelet on his leather gauntlet. With a clean "shing" the concealed blade slid out, gleaming wickedly in the low light. "Show yourself... NOW." Rasheer hissed with a snarl on his face.
