Vistha seemed to be mumbling something incoherent, and his green eyes were shut tightly in some kind of pain. He kept trying to raise his arm, but couldn't, and would let it fall before trying again. Eventually, the male argonian managed to choke out "N...Na....Nali....Na'lia?"

"That's my name." The female Argonian said bluntly. "You know, not to sound ungrateful buuuut... You might've over done it..." She looked over to the end of the hallways where mechanicsl spiders were all squished together like soda cans. "... Maybe just a little..."

Vistha shook his head. "They... Aren't dead yet..." He gasped out.
They weren't. From the wreakage, one managed to crawl out, twitching and sparking slightly. It didn't bother going after the argonians... In fact, it started pulling one of it's smashed buddies from the wall. Using it's one working front arm, it started to rebuild it at a rapid pace.
"Stupid of me.... Lost control of my magika." Vistha hissed tiredly. "Should have had much more control than that... A more concentrated destructive wave would finish them and spare me my energy!" Vistha glanced at Na'lia. "Your gonna have to kill it."

"THANK YOU!!!" Grabbing her Dai-Katana she practically skipped down the hall. Charging at the spider, Nalia let out a battle-cry and started expertly slashing and stabbing the mechanoid, aiming for the leg joints. Then, after the legs were disabled, she let out a shout and lobbed off the head. Quite satisfied with her work, she turned back to walk back towards Vistha. "... All better!" The Argonian began to walk back before something lashed out and slashed her leg. "Ow! Hey you-" Nalia snarled and slashed off the head of the spider that attacked her.

"Thank the Root...." Vistha hissed in relief, then glanced at Na'lia amused with his sage, reptilian eyes. "I just need a few seconds and I can get some of my magika pools back... It won't be a lot, but I can do basic spells..." Leaning up from the ground, the male argonian swayed a little, but his balance was much better. Vistah cursed slightly in hist, still obviously embarrassed about his magic spell gone wrong. He then shook his head. "If your tail is alright, then I guess we keep moving." Vistha stated in his raspy voice, a result of his pretty thick accent.

Nalia snapped her fingers and grinned when Vistha swore. "Now that word, I know." Sheathing he swords, Nalia helped her traveling companion stay on his feet. "So, where to, Swampy? I assume the only other direction besides the way we came?"

Vistha nodded. "We need to explore further." He hissed softly, "Try and see if we can find anything." And they did.... Well sort of. They encountered no other resistance except for the occasional locked, spherical door... But little else. Every room they came across was relatively empty. All the dwarven cabinets and chests that were found in what Vistha assumed to be where those who ran the library once lived, their quarters, was picked bare, most likely be adventurers like Na'lia. Even the sheets were gone, or age got to them... Down a certain hallway, they even found the corpse of what was once an adventurer. However, the remains were very old, and nothing lootable was really on him, as his armor was in disarray, most likely by the spider centurions as they ripped him to pieces. The only thing he did have was a dwarven goblet, a few dwarven coins, and a copper ring, which would fetch a decent price for a tradesman, but hardly worth the effort and risk. Vistha in short was frustrated, even when they found the library room itself... A massive, octagonal area full of bronze shelfs.... But no book.... Not a piece of parchment. Probably looted... And this was the last room, they checked everywhere. Vistha gave a bitter sigh as he sat down on the ground, rubbing his scaly temples, reptilian eyes closed. "Blassst.... I wasn't expecting anything, but, that never stopped me from hoping...."
