The Grazeland Plains

The Grazelands are a surprisingly lush region surrounded by scraggly and desolate lands beyond. Fields of grass, trees, and other plant life almost make this land seem like parts of Cyrodil. Civilization is rare here, with only the occasional ashlanders wandering outside among the herds of guar and other wildlife. This land is protected by the Temple, and any Great House that openly settles it can cause political turmoil among the other Great Houses. Despite the lushness, the land itself has little value other than farming, as minerals and strategic positions are lacking for most Great Houses to seriously consider it, although House Telvanni has settled right on the border, causing tensions to rise. There is little for the adventurer here, except perhaps a different road to take other than the Ashlands or Molag Amur region. Near dwarven ruins and deadric shrines, deadra have been known to wander around in the open fields.
